To help you on your yoga journey we offer both group and private lessons. Choose from a dynamic Ashtanga-based class, flowing Vinyasa sequence, or calming restorative Yin session. There’s something for everyone

Community yoga

Our mixed ability community yoga sessions create an inclusive environment, allowing everyone to feel welcome and supported, regardless of fitness or experience. All you need is a mat and some enthusiasm to get moving.
